About Us

Rarevision Resources is an established building contractor for residential, commercial, industrial and facilities. With more than 5 years of operating history, we have a proven track record of more than 30 projects completed around Negeri Kelantan Malaysia.

Over the years, we have upgraded our CIDB registrations to a grade of G2, the highest grade for registrations issued, which enables us to undertake building construction and civil engineering construction projects of any sizes – a reflection of our capability in undertaking larger and more complex construction projects.

At Rarevision Resources, we strongly believe in delivering superior quality products and upholding the quality of our workmanship. Our commitment has helped us in earning the CIDB accreditation. At the same time, a large percentage of our projects over the last 5 5 years have achieved high scores of 80% and above in CIDB assessments, a testiment to our dedication in our work.

Our status as a BUMIPUTRA Registed Company has given us leverage for opportunities to working with more govenment-linked in Malaysia, and also raises our partners’ confidence in our cooperation. At the same time, the safety and well-being of all our staff is of utmost importance to us.

In line with our business objectives to maintain sustainable growth and creating long-term shareholder value, our Group has sought to expand our portfolio into more new projects, especially in the affordable housing segment that is fast gaining traction in the Malaysia market. Acquisition of additional aluminium system formwork, construction machinery and equipment is in plan to prepare for the expansion.

Our Goal Objective

Provide construction supervision services for various projects as identified. Be responsible for managing the daily priorities and objectives of all vendors and trades that are either under contract or will be required under contract for the execution of the specific project. Ensure that the work is being properly executed and that the project is progressing in accordance with the pre-defined project schedule. Track and report the project status and financials, and execute project closeout. Be responsible for the execution of all construction, installation, and other services required by the scope of work documents. Provide all other labor, equipment, tools, service vehicles and material necessary for the full and satisfactory completion of the work. Use all reasonable effort to obtain a minimum of three bids on each subcontract. Ensure that all safety issues and training requirements are addressed and completed by the site superintendent on a weekly basis. Ensure the completion of three-week rolling schedules in order to keep manpower, material, and equipment requirements on track. Provide seven day, twenty-four hour coverage. Coordinate construction management with clients project management representative on a monthly basis to assess performance, expenses and concerns, and to evaluate other opportunities, including possible cost savings. Participate with client management in a quarterly performance review of TICO construction’s on the job performance.
